Parking Garage

Energy Tower tenant employees may use the north or south entrances to the garage. Both entrances are equipped with access gates controlled by a building access card. For convenience, the entrance gates can also be accessed via EZ toll tag, TxTag or NTTA registered users.

The clearance to both the entrance and exit is 6'9". If parking is arranged by your employer, please contact the person in charge of parking within your company. For more information or to register a vehicle's toll tag, please contact Kevin McCluan at (281) 597-1212 or kmccluan@cedarridgepm.com.

The parking garage is a five-story 400,000 square foot concrete structure designed to accommodate approximately 1,400 cars. The garage is connected to the building by an enclosed walkway. The building’s main entrance features a circular drive with additional spaces for short-term parking.
