Housekeeping

Guidelines for housekeeping services at Energy Tower:

• Individual tenant suites are cleaned five nights a week, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
• Day porters provide cleaning services weekdays between the hours of 7:00 PM and 5:00 PM.
• To ensure tenant satisfaction with cleaning, please contact Property Management Office with any special requests or concerns at (281) 597-1212.
• Upon advance request, the following services can be provided at an additional cost: glass cleaning, carpet cleaning, floor waxing, refrigerator/microwave clean out, COVID/CDC-compliant disinfect and anti-microbial applications.
• If you observe any cleaning personnel without proper identification, please notify Property Management immediately at (281) 597-1212.
