Car Wash and Detail
Offered every Thursday and brought to you by link2wash. Services are available by appointment only with at least 24 hours advance notice and can be booked at www.link2wash.com (opens in new window).
Concierge Massage
Wellness company offering a host of services, such as Aroma Therapy, Cupping, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Corporate Chair Massages and more. Contact (281) 624-6433 to schedule an appointment.
Conference Center
A large conference center is located on Level One and is available exclusively for Energy Tower tenants. The conference center offers a multi-table configuration with seating for up to 230 people. The center also features audio/visual and computer connections for each user, as well as digital projection systems and broadband wi-fi connectivity. Please contact the Property Management Office at (281) 597-1212 to schedule the use of this facility.
Fitness Center
A fully-equipped fitness center is located on Level One and is available exclusively for tenants and their employees of Energy Tower. The fitness center features a variety of cardio equipment, weight machines and free weights, a dry sauna room, full-service locker rooms with showers and restroom facilities. The Fitness Center hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 5:30 AM to 8:30 PM, and Saturday, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
Garage Parking
The Energy Tower parking garage is a five-story 400,000 square foot concrete structure designed to accommodate approximately 1,400 cars. The garage is connected to the building by an enclosed, climate-controlled walkway. Monthly contract and reserved parking are available for tenants and visitor parking is provided at no charge. In addition, the building main entrance features a circular drive with additional spaces for short-term parking.
Laundry Service
Twin Oaks Cleaners provides free laundry delivery service for Energy Tower tenants. They will pick up and deliver one piece or a bundle and charge only the identical prices as their six retail stores. Twin Oaks delivery drivers are available for weekly scheduled delivery or as needed. Twin Oaks also provides a laundry bag for your soiled garments and linens for pick up and delivery on your scheduled service days. There is no contract to sign and no hidden charges.
Monthly charges will be billed to your American Express, VISA, MasterCard or Discover card.

On-site Management Office and Security
The Cedar Ridge Property Management Office is located in Suite 150 and is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Energy Tower provides on-site security with a lobby security console and active patrolling and features a state-of-the-art video surveillance system.
Putting Green
Energy Tower features a custom-designed 9-hole golf putting course located in the private greenspace outside the Peppercinis Deli restaurant. The putting green is available for the exclusive use of Energy Tower tenants. Putters, golf balls and scorecards are available at no charge. Restaurant
Peppercinis Deli, located on Level One, offers breakfast and lunch, featuring a variety of food and beverage options. Peppercinis Deli also provides event catering, food delivery service, and offers both indoor dining and outdoor seating.
Shoe Shine
Brought to you by Johne Shoe Shine, who is on-site every Wednesday. Bring in your handbags, western wear, belts, dress shoes, boots and heels for a head-to-toe leather/suede makeover.
