Loading Dock

Energy Tower has a 3-bay loading area to be used by delivery trucks and vehicles. The loading dock is located on the west side driveway entrance off of I-10 feeder road.

Hours of Operation

Monday through Friday
7:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Clearance Height

The loading dock area is not covered and has no height restrictions.

For large truck deliveries, please contact the Property Management Office for coordination at (281) 597-1212. Hand deliveries are not accepted at the loading dock.

Use of the loading dock during normal business hours is first-come, first-served and limited to 30 minutes. Other hours of use must be scheduled through the Property Management Office.
